Our Ministries
We care about helping people of all ages connect with others and grow in their knowledge and love of Jesus Christ and what the Bible has to say to us. Whether you're looking for something for your kids, or for yourself, we have an opportunity for you at Tyler Street Church.
Children
We offer ministry for children from newborn to 5th grade! Our highest priority is providing a safe and nurturing environment where your children will be taught about the love that Jesus has for them.
We have programming at all services and on Wednesday nights.
Youth
We love our youth and we believe they are the future of our church. We have Sunday morning Sunday School and Wednesday evening programming for all youth from 6th to 12th grade.
Young Adults
We welcome everyone to be a part of our Saturday evening service that is hosted by our young adult group, The Branch. We also have a variety of events throughout the year for everyone aged 18-35.
Adults
Sunday Mornings we offer a variety of classes for adults looking to grow in their faith and knowledge of the Bible, God, Jesus, and the church as a whole. If you are interested in joining us please stop by and visit us on Sunday Mornings! We also have adult Bible studies on Wednesday nights during Supper & Study.

Tyler Street Tower
Tyler Street Tower, an independent living senior community in North Oak Cliff near Bishop Arts District, is an outreach ministry that seeks to provide safe and affordable housing and programming to senior citizens while enhancing their social, physical and spiritual well-being.

Tyler Street Community Service Outreach
The mission of Tyler Street CSO is to contribute to the health, security, happiness, longevity and usefulness of the economically disadvantaged. Founded by Tyler Street United Methodist Church, Tyler Street CSO has provided outreach and social services to Oak Cliff for over 40 years. Located in the little blue house on 10th and Tyler Street in Oak Cliff, we are open every Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am to 2 pm. The Mobile Food Pantry is available the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 9 am to 11 am.

City Cross Church
City Cross Church meets across the street in Bennett Hall on Sunday mornings. We partner with their congregation throughout the year for various events and activities.

Streetside Showers
Streetside Showers is an organization that provides mobile hot showers & personal hygiene care to those in need. They use trailers to setup at various locations around the metroplex including Tyler Street Church. Streetside sets up in the main parking lot (9th and Polk) on the first and third Wednesday of every month beginning in January 2024.
